Rising Tide is a 12" x 12" seascape oil painting by artist Rebecca Robb.
Foamy sea water pours off rocks as waves crash against the edge of sea cliff. I have been to beaches all over the world, beginning with my birth place, Rio De Janeiro, a city known for its beautiful beaches. Oceans are my happy place and are a huge inspiration for my art. This Northern California seascape is just as enchanting and draws me in with it’s rising tide.
