I recently started painting florals for the first time. I've never been a big fan of floral still life paintings with the exception of contemporary florals. This style of painting flowers tends to focus more on interesting contours of petals and leaves and includes mesmerizing color more than realism often seen in still life paintings.
"When I Think Of You" is a lily portrait that connects the relationship of memories and nostalgia between flowers and people.
