“Village Lake” was inspired by a family vacation to Lake Arrowhead in southern California. Lake Arrowhead is a small mountain town with a hint of retro vibes. There is a locomotive train shop in the town’s village shopping plaza along with a little chocolate factory. Restaurants and unique shops line the edge of the private lake. Dozens of sleepy sail boats rest in their docks adding to the secluded slow-paced life of this Village that is tucked away inside a surrounding forest of giant redwoods.
