Oh elephants! I just love them! When I was young I got my hands on a series of documentaries about the Serengeti. I spent hours watching them over and over and fell in love with elephants even more. I want everyone to understand and appreciate elephants and their importance to their natural habitat. I depicted “A Walk Through Nature” in the abstract with bold colors. His ears are outstretched and his captivating gaze is fixed on the viewer with gentleness and wisdom. He is beckoning to be seen and felt. He isn’t just a large hump of gray. He represents life itself.
